The word “AMBULANCE” is written reverse in Ambulance Vehicle. Why?

It is a fact that when an object is placed in front of the mirror the right side of the object becomes left side of the image and the left side of the object becomes right side of the image. Hence drivers ahead of an ambulance on the road can read it correctly as AMBULANCE in their rear-view mirrors and give way to it.So act right and save life….
